Local Chapter Meetings — meetings with topical discussions and guest speakers on parenting issues, personal growth, professional growth and public and national issues that impact mothers.
The Forum — a unique national bimonthly publication focusing on work and family issues, survival techniques for life at home and in the workplace, ideas for personal enrichment, book reviews, author interviews and other subjects of interest to sequencing women.
Local Chapter Newsletter — a Monthly piece that includes our social events calendar, relavent topics and much more!
Online Services — an interactive international website, and our local chapter website, including members-only services such as e-mail loops, a calendar of events, monthly topics, and timely news and information of interest to sequencing women.

Leadership Opportunities
Keep work skills current or acquire new ones by volunteering (locally or nationally) one's time and talents in a variety of areas, including chapter coordination, membership, online services, publications, media relations, marketing, advocacy or development.
